Below is a list of consulting projects completed through the MMB program at NC State. In these projects I worked with a team of students to complete projects with biotech companies in the Research Triangle of North Carolina.
FUJIFILM Diosynth

I led a team of graduate students focused on compiling a comprehensive market analysis of AMP (aseptic manufacturing process) for viral vectors. We evaluated relevant technologies for building an AMP pipeline, identified a list of companies developing gene therapies, and conducted a competitor analysis of other CDMOs in this space.
Cosmic Eats
01/2023-05/2023
As a team leader, I organized and facilitated a group consulting project focused on innovative market research. We identified and reported upon key market segments for Cosmic Eats' nascent technology, and provided recommendations for entering into each space.
BASF Seed Treatments
09/2022-12/2022
For this project my team assembled a testable scientific theory for how seed treatments could contribute to soil carbon sequestration. We composed a literature review with empirical evidence to support this theory, and developed a marketing strategy detailing how BASF could advertise its seed treatment technology as part of a sustainable future.
